How do I message my property team?

Open the Homebody app, go to Messages, and start a conversation. Your property team will be notified and can reply directly.

Will I get notified about important updates?

Yes. You'll receive push notifications for emergency alerts, community announcements, and messages from your property team.

Is messaging secure?

Absolutely. All messages are encrypted and only visible to you and your property team.

Can I turn off notifications?

You can customize your notification preferences in the app settings. We recommend keeping emergency alerts on.
