Flight bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
The time needed to process a transfer varies for each partner. Some partners offer instant transfers, while others may take several days. The estimated transfer time is shown when you select a specific partner on the various redemption page. Please note that in some exceptional cases, transfers may take up to 15 business days to process if your chosen partner needs to conduct a more detailed review of your request. Please note that points cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded or exchanged regardless of the transfer status once transfer has been initiated?
Points do not expire. However, if your account is closed due to inactivity or closed for another reason (like fraud), you’ll forfeit your unredeemed points.
The Homebody Travel Portal can be found in the Rewards tab of the Homebody app.
When your property participates in Homebody Rewards, you’ll get an email with an invitation to join. Simply log into the Homebody app to accept the terms and conditions.
Each community chooses which rewards opportunities are available, so options can vary by property. Within the Homebody Travel Portal, you will be able to view your travel redemption history under “My Rewards” and for successful bookings, you can find your travel details under “View trip details”.
Earning and redeeming points keeps your account active. If after 24 months you have not earned or redeemed at least one point, your account will be closed for inactivity.
You will receive an email status update regarding your transfer. Initially, your transfer status will show as ‘Pending’, which means your transfer is being processed with your selected partner. Once the transfer status is shown as ‘Successful’, your transferred points have been deposited in your partner loyalty program account and are ready for you to use. In case the transfer status is shown as ‘Unsuccessful’, you may have entered an incorrect partner membership number or your name does not match the partner loyalty program account. Please update your details and re-attempt your transfer. You can easily transfer your points online via the Rewards Portal. Simply navigate to any of the available products from the home page and select your preferred partner. Please note that transfers can only be made online, and cannot be requested over the phone.
This will vary based on the airline, once they are within the redemption journey each airline will outline transfer time.
You’ll get your points within one day. For example: If your property has on time rent payments enabled to earn points, if pay your rent on the 1st, by the 2nd you can see your points in the Homebody app!
It depends! Points can be used for gift cards, prepaid debit cards, travel, and rent. With multiple redemption options (and point transfers to travel partners as well) the value of a point can vary depending on how you choose to redeem it. The good news is that you have plenty of flexible options to choose from when using your points.

Yes! And if you move to another property that participates in Homebody Rewards, you can redeem your points on rent once that option becomes available early next year.

In the Homebody Travel Portal, you can redeem points for flights, hotels, rental cars, and experiences, all within the app. You can also transfer points to your favorite frequent traveler programs.
There are already lots of ways to redeem your points. You can use points for gift cards from hundreds of popular retailers, prepaid debit cards you can spend almost anywhere Visa® is accepted, travel like flights, hotels, car rentals, and experiences, and even rent credits.We’re continuing to add new redemption options, so you’ll have even more ways to use your points over time.
You’ll keep all your points and your account will stay open for up to 24 months following your most recent point accrual or redemption. If after 24 months you have not earned or redeemed at least one point, your account will be closed for inactivity, and any unused points will be forfeited.
